Aerostich Classic formerly known as Aerostich Roadcrafter II
I have bought two two-piece Roadcrafter II suits in the red with grey ballistics.
They are a practical on-off suit that served me well from 1992 to 2004 and 2005 to 2015. Back then when I first bought one, there was very little available in quality upper end riding gear. Fortunately that has changed and there have been far better riding suits for some time now.
Even though they are Gore-Tex suits, they are not claimed to be waterproof even though many on forums claim they have driven in rain and remained dry. Obviously I have driven in heavier rains since I've always needed to use a rain suit over my Aerostich suit. Rain enters via the zippers. The crotch and chest areas were always damp to wet. I always treated my suit with Scotchgard.
They held up well with exception of the Velcro stripe closures that would fray after many years. The colour would fade due to sun exposure.
